Here is a pic taken by my friend Vince DeLuca. It is on the Wilson website with some others. I didn’t know him them but we served at the same time. He was a radio-man and I was the evaporator operator. We met 3 years ago.

Hi Shipmates,
I thought you would enjoy these photos I took in the Spring of 1946, while the Wilson was on it’s shakedown cruise to GTMO. There are two shots of the torpedo being fired as I had one enlarged, That is on the Ship’s Photo Pages. I am also including a message I had taken later in my service. and you will find it on the Ship’s History Page. Thought I was off the Wilson by then, I thought you might find it of interest.
